Site Survey
Once you have contacted us a site survey is next. We will call to your property to discuses your electrical usage, get measurements of the roofs to calculate how many solar panels will fit on the roof and discuss a location of the inverter and battery (optional). Our team will use all the information the homeowner provided us with to design a solar pv system that best suits the needs of their Home.
Step 2
SEAI Grant Application
You just have to make a grant application Solar Electricity PV Grants | Home Energy Grants | SEAI. The process is quite straight forward and we are here if you need help with the application to talk you through it all. You’ll need to have that application approved before any work can start.
We will send an application to ESB Networks to let them know that a Solar pv system is being installed at this property. It usually takes around 20 days for the application to be approved by ESB Networks.
Deposit & plan installation date
Installation
The day has come. Our installation team will attend and install your solar PV equipment on the roof. Then it will be the install of the electrical equipment inside the house and connect it all together. All work areas will be cleaned as we go. This work usually takes 2 days to complete.
Testing & Commissioning
Testing the electrical insulation of the solar pv system to safe electrical standards. Commissioning your new solar pv system, once the system is up and running you will start saving on your electricity bills.
